Cool Peppers Restaurant & Beach Bar really gets it right when it
comes to decor and delicious food. Set right on the beach in Laganas,
Cool Peppers provides a great ambience for lazing your days away on
Laganas beach while on holiday in Zakynthos.
During the day the comfy sun loungers at the Cool Peppers beach bar
provide one of the best spots to hang out on Laganas beach. The staff at
Cool Peppers are friendly, fun and always provide great service.
Tourists and locals travel from all over the island of Zakynthos to
enjoy a tasty meal at Cool Peppers. The restaurant serves food from
early to late - and has a huge selection of delightful cuisine on offer.
You will thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere at Cool Peppers and it is
well worth a visit during your stay on the island.
To find Cool Poppers, when you reach the beach from the main Laganas
road - turn left and stroll about 100 meters down the Laganas beach. You
cant miss the Cool Peppers sign! They're waiting for you!
Set in the relaxing bay of Porto Zorro, the
Azzuro beach Club in Vasilikos provides another wonderful location to
spend the day with the waves rolling in.
The special touch of the DJ at Azzuro adds
soothing music to your day in this lovely Zante beach club. Complete
with great food and professional bar service, you'll definitely enjoy
the really comfortable sun beds under palm umbrellas, and totally chic
ambience.
The beach boutique shop at Azzuro has a
fantastic selection of trendy beachwear on offer. You can choose from a
stylish range of flip-flops, bikinis, bags and kaftans to ensure you
look your very best while on holiday in Zante.
At the far end of the Porto Zorro beach you
can treat yourself to a do-it-yourself spa - with natural mud providing
a perfect face and body mask. Smooth the mud on, relax in the sun while
it sets, and then wash it off in the sparkling Ioanian Sea.
You will definitely feel revitalised after a
day spent at Azzuro, Porto Zorro.
It is always a magical experience arriving at the Tropics Beach Bar at
the Gloria Maris Hotel in Porto Koukla. You reach the Tropics Bar by
heading for the Gloria Maris Hotel in the Porto Koukla region, a few
kilometres around the corner from the popular tourist resort of Laganas.
Once you arrive at the Gloria Maris Hotel, you have the choice to
either relax down at the beach at the Tropics Beach Bar or up around the
tropical-style pool, complete with a great Caribbean wooden bridge.
The Tropics Beach Bar, complete with thatched palm roof and tables
right on the sea, makes for a lovely place to enjoy a meal or a drink.
It is small and cozy, with great music, really friendly service at the
bar, and very safe swimming for children. The sea water here is
particularly balmy and shallow, making it perfect for a game of racquet
ball in the sea.
The gardens at the Gloria Maris Hotel are really delightful. Luscious
palms and olive trees combine to create a unique atmosphere, with
perhaps the best view in Zakynthos unfolding before you. Set in the
heart of the Bay of Laganas, the island of Marathonisi floats like a
turtle in the sun, not so far away.
Just around the corner from the main Tsilivi beach, located to the
north east of Zakynthos Town, you will find a string of smaller beaches,
dotted up the eastern coastline towards the far North of the island of
Zakynthos.
The Abracatabra Beach Bar at Bouka beach can be reached on foot from
Tsilivi beach in about 15 minutes. This is a no-fuss beach bar, with
lovely grass lawns and free sun beds for all of their customers.
With great music and a good selection of food and drink, the
Abracatabra beach bar provides a great place to bask in the sun and lap
up the sea.
The beach below the bar is small, but provides great swimming for all
the family.
Within easy walking distance of the main
Laganas resort, is the charming port of Agios Sostis. The small island
of Cameo is reached from the port, by way of a rickety wooden bridge.
There are two bars on the island, both open
day and night. From the upstairs bar you have amazing views over to
Marathonisi Island, and a very relaxing atmosphere.
The main Cameo Beach Bar is located on the
sweet little beach below. The beach at Cameo island is small and cozy,
with white pebbles and sparkling turquoise waters.
The Cameo Beach Club is set underneath
billowing white muslin curtains of fabric floating in the sky above.
Refreshments are served at the stone bar, while the DJ plays fun summer
tunes.
Especially if you are holidaying in Laganas,
the Cameo Island Beach Club makes a delightful haven to laze your days
away.
The Ammos Beach Club is situated on the white sandy bay of St Nicholas
beach in Vasilikos, and is said to be one of the best beach clubs in
Europe. Fantastic hand carved wooden furnishings, relaxing hammocks and
floating white muslin hangings all make this a unique and magical
setting.
During the peak summer months you will find some of the island's best
DJ's playing the latest tunes here at Ammos Beach Club - often creating
a real summer party atmosphere.
The food and coffees at Ammos Beach Club are, tried and tested, among
the best in Zakynthos. You will enjoy your refreshments while enjoying
fantastic views over the stunning sandy bay below the Ammos beach Club.
The beautiful beach of St Nicholas, found in the region of Vasilikos,
in the South of Zante, is worth a visit in itself. With a picturesque
white church set up on the cliff this really is one of the prettiest
beaches on the island.
